Q: Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

A: You have 24 hours to make any changes . If you would like to make a change contact us at LUZCRE8TIONS@GMAIL.COM 

Q: Do you guys provide exchanges or returns?

A: NO, we do not allow exchanges, canceletions, or returns.

Q: How long does it take for my order to be processed?

A: It takes about 3-7 days to process your order. Pre-orders are expected to be ready in an estimated time of about 2-3 weeks, could be shorter or longer depending on availability. All orders must be placed in order for me to process them and have them ready for you!

Payments

Q: What forms of payment do you except?

A: We accepts American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, and Shop pay.

Q: When and where will I be able to see the payment charged on my card?

A: Your card will be charged right when you place your order. You will see the amount of your order with the name of "Luz Creations MYR"

Q: Is it safe to use my card on your website?

A: It is 100% safe to use your card. We will NEVER share any of the information on your card.

Shipping

Q; What are your shipping policies?

Q: What are the shipping times?

A: The delivery time excludes the processing time. Shipments are made through USPS. First class and can take between 2 days and 2 weeks. A tracking number of your package will always be sent to you by email. Remember that the time it takes USPS is not in our hands.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: We will send you the shipping confirmation with your tracking number by email as soon as your order is shipped. Your order can go through several stops along the transit route and with that tracking number you will be able to monitor where your order is going.

Q: My order hasn't arrived yet, what do I do?

A: If it is beyond the estimated shipping times since you placed your order, send us an email with your order number to LUZCRE8TIONS@GMAIL.COM and we will start verifying as soon as posible.

Q: What do I do if my package is returned due to an incomplete address?

A: Send us an email to LUZCRE8TIONS@GMAIL.COM with your order number, and we can resend it immediately after the shipping fees have been paid. If the address error is the responsibility of the customer, the customer must pay the shipping fee.

Q: What do I do my package haven't moved for a while?

A: According to USPS, we must wait 30 days for domestic orders before filing a claim for a lost package. Send us an email if you have not seen any movement in the order in this period of time and we can resend it.
